Douglas Collision Center

After someone ran into my car I brought it to Douglas Collision center, and I'm so happy I did. They worked seamlessly with my insurance to get my repairs done in a timely manner, all the while communicating with me regarding repair updates. They also worked with the car rental facility to pick me up and then with the rental return. When my car was finished (earlier than anticipated), it looked just as it did before the accident, and they even cleaned it. They have done an amazing job and I will definitely work with them in the future for other maintenance and repairs.

I had an accident back in October of 2025 and took my vehicle to Douglas Collision Center they were very helpful in telling me what I needed to do and then what they were going to do to my car and throughout the whole process they were very communicative in letting my husband and I know what had been done and when the car would be ready for pick up. they were very professional too. We will definetly be bringing our cars back for anymore repairs that we need done in the future. my car looks brand-new.

If I could give them a million star review I would! I literally stopped in for a quote to get a trim piece snapped back on and to get the black trim around my windows polished and Tim took care of it in less than 15 minutes at absolutely no charge! From the receptionist to Tim, everyone was so friendly and helpful! Oh and I will be going back for oil changes too…run don’t walk to have your car serviced or repaired here!!!

I had an excellent experience with Douglas Collision Center from start to finish. The staff was professional, friendly, and kept me updated throughout the entire repair process. Tim was so helpful with helping me get in a rental car and answering all of my questions along the way. My vehicle looks absolutely amazing — you would never know it had any damage! The quality of work and attention to detail really exceeded my expectations. They made a stressful situation so much easier, and I truly appreciate their honesty and great customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs!

Douglas Collision did a great job repairing the tailgate and bumper on my Chevy Colorado Z71. They had my truck back to me quickly and even detailed it, which was a great bonus. Everyone there was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing quality repair work.
